For individuals or teams in provincial areas which are defined as cities and towns other than those listed in Metropolitan and Regional categories.

AWARD DESCRIPTION
This award is made to individuals or teams who display an outstanding ability to engage, inform and entertain their target audience.

BROADCAST OUTPUT REQUIREMENT
Maximum 10 minutes, linking elements are allowed however special effects and other audio enhancements are not, music must be telescoped.

WRITTEN DEMONSTRATION
Not to exceed 600 words but may be supported by additional letters and branding material.
