    The winners of the 2010 New Zealand Radio Awards have been announced in a vidcast on the New Zealand Radio Awards website.

     

    The Radio Awards Show which was presented by Jason Reeves (The Radio Network’s Classic Hits) & Jono Pryor (MediaWorks Radio, The Rock). It was a first for the Radio Industry to present the awards in an online show.

  • JUDGING COMPLETE

    Judging of the 2010 New Zealand Radio Awards is now complete and finalists are to be announced this Thursday 8th April.

    In total 351 entries were submitted online for the 2010 awards, Chairman of the Radio Industry Awards Committee, David Brice commented, “We are extremely happy with the number of entries for this years awards.   • ENTRIES ARE NOW OPEN FOR THE 2010 AWARDS

    Entries are now being called for the 2010 New Zealand Radio Awards. The 2010 awards mark the launch of a new online entry process which is designed simplify the preparation of entries and dramatically reduce the required entry fee.

  • TWELVE NEW AWARDS ANNOUNCED

    Twelve new awards have been added to the New Zealand Radio Awards. Based on feedback from judges and radio stations employees these new awards have been created to recognise previously unacknowledged talent.

  • NEW FORMAT FOR NZ RADIO AWARDS ANNOUNCED

    A new and substantially changed format for the 2010 New Zealand Radio Awards has been announced by the New Zealand Radio Industry Awards Committee.
     
    Chairman David Brice says “Tough economic times have prompted a hard look at the cost structure of the Awards.  But at the same time, industry leaders are unanimous in their on-going support for this important showcase recognising excellence in radio broadcasting”.
